It's a great show and I hope they bring it back for a third season, but they didn't really seem to leave it with anywhere to go. At the end of the first season they did a great job setting themselves up for another season, almost every major character had something they needed to deal with. But they seemed to tie everything up with the season two finale, the only thing's that they really left were Marshall's new job, and Mike's old girlfriend showing up on the tour, and maybe a chance fo
Hey guys,
I just stumbled onto this series on hulu and I have to say I am an instant fan. A lot of people, it seems, are speaking the criticism that the format is too similar to "The Office," but I don't think they realize how difficult it is to actually pull off that candid style, both in terms of writing and delivery, but also in the directing and cinematography. And besides--who cares? The history of art, let alone just cinema and television, is based on people capitalizi
I know you guys are probably going to stay with the "Stephen Colbert" style and stay in character but I was wondering about your stories? How this show came to be and all that good biography stuff...Hope you get around to this Gohper! Cant wait for season 2
It's possible for Shane to come back. Sure, he may have failed his classes, but some or most colleges give you a semester to pull up your grades. But they put you on academic probation and watch your grades to make sure you improve. So, Shane could come back and change his character completely.
Personally, I think that's his loose end. I want to know if he'll come back and if he does, what's he going to do to stay with his friends?
Anyway, that's my take. I could be wrong though.
So I was thinking last night after I watched Semester 1 again. Will Shane be in Semester 2? My friend and I were thinking, it would make copmlete sense if Shane wasn't.
Jack De Sena is a pretty successful young actor (Avatar voice actor and other Nickolodean stuff). His character also didn't really have any loose ends that needed to be tied up. Example: The other 3 guys had love interests whereas Shane has none. Shane also forgot all about finals, which means it
Yeah, I'd imagine that having roommates like those can be pretty daunting and energy consuming. I had a couple roommates back when I lived in San Diego that gave me hell and then some when it came to cleaning up after them. I was always stuck cleaning up the kitchen cuz those lazy asses never got around to it. I would not be able to stand seeing plates piled up on high with mold growing on the bottom of the glasses so I just did it.
And I guess you remind me of someone like myself...back in hi
I like Shane and MArshall. THeyre HAWT!!!

I actually like Mike more. Marshall is a really funny character too but it's almost like he's too much of an ass to be likeable. This is all IMHO anyway, so yeah. Just throwin' that out there.
haha while I do love him, it's kind of his character to show up randomly. He's the stoner kid that shows up at random, like many real-life stoner kids.
shane is el numero uno!
dude are you kidding? shane is the funniest dude around...i'd party with him any time...marshall is the douchebag that everyone hates, mike's cute, but too quiet, brit and court are annoying, steph i want to smother with a pillow, danny b is hilarious, gopher is rad, josh is bizarre, but funny, and the abby girl is just weird...i'd pour vodka in her water bottle and get her wasted! hahaha
Steph is totally the best! She brings all the excitement necessary to the dorms, even if she is a creeper.
I would have to say Marshall is the funniest and my fave. But, I like pretty much all of the characters.
